I read these reviews and almost didn't call but I don't think these reviews understand how companies like this work. They buy problem houses you can't sell easily so they don't pay top money to people but they took my house with an eviction too. I worked with a guy named robert and he was nice and explained everything to me when i was confused. They did everything the said they would.
