Bought 2 phones which gave us problems from the start. They kept telling us to come in so they could check the phones, re-program them, then re-charge them, etc. We made several trips to the store each time working with a different manager! After 2 months and them telling us they're defected, we agreed to buy 2 new phones but had to pay "Upgrade Fees!). Again we kept having problems because they basically sold us the SAME phones which they said will work better?? After many re-programming attempts over the phone we went to another Metro PCS dealer at 1102 W. Beverly Blvd. in Montebello, CA. to a new phone. We called the same day to Exchange the phone we bought for 2 cheaper phones for the equal price. They said No refunds, exchanges, etc. We called BBB and they convinced them to exchange the phone. BBB ROCKS!!!!
