Husband purchased phone for daughter on Friday, went to store of purchase on Sunday to exchange for different phone or different color, sales clerk was rude, unprofessional and after looking at phone, opening and closing box, going back and forth to desk came back 30mins later to say we had to come back Monday, explained that was not a option, needed to resolve today, he then insisted we would have to pay a $50, then $20 dollar restock fee, asked where on receipt did it say that, he preceded to say it was there business policy, expld if he couldn't exchange then to give me a "full refund as stated on receipt, that was another nightmare, if he was close enough to me I would have hammer him up into the wall because of his smart mouth.. Finally I told him not to talk with me, and told another sales person I'd wait til she was done to assist me, she started out with the $20 fee, again so I told her at this point I just wanted a "full refund as receipt said and I would take my business elsewhere.. She then asked if she exchange would I take other phone because it was my daughters phone and she was ok with it, I exchanged but suggest anyone needing a phone to stay clear of the Metro PC on Lincoln in Anaheim... Over all they are all quick to promise you everything to get your money but go deaf when you have a problem. For the record...my phone never has worked in city of Irvine where I now reside, it's always on "travel time" meaning no service, at times only service I get is if I use the speaker phone for all to hear my conversation.
