Horrible place to conduct any sort of business! BUYER BEWARE! This is definitely NOT the kind of store you want to waste your time/money at. The whole store is plagued by a deceptive and misleading sales mentality. NOTHING is really what it seems. Ever been to a car dealership and ripped off? Same thing here except with cell phones. I expected MUCH more from a corporate store but was sadly disappointed. The staff on to the management seem to have absolutely no training or education. I literally was told by employees that I am wrong and that I would have to buy another phone because it was my fault that the screen went out. The phone was barely a month old and had NO SIGNS OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE at all. It was scratch free and perfectly new but she REFUSED to replace the phone for me, saying that "you did that, I can tell that you broke it", and then "were not gonna replace that, you gotta buy a new one for $109". This is coming from the manager. I could not believe my ears. I will undoubtedly steer very clear of this store and company and highly recommend that all of those who read this PLEASE do the same. I urge you to NOT spend any money nor time at this store or with this company! There not quite up to my level just yet. I would compare them but I can't seem to find any business that is as horrible as they are.
