Was also turned down by their department. The company is underhanded and devious. I was also told that it was unsecured and negligent. I believe this is a catch-all that they always use. My phone was in my pocket when I lost it. I believe that this is not unsecured. Anyway, you can use this reason for any claim. DO NOT USE!!!!!!
