Yes, I read all of the terms and agreed with them, but after paying for this service for over a year I sent the phone in to be fixed because I picked it up off of the chair arm where it had been sitting while I was sitting in said chair also and lo and behold the phone was froze and would not come back on at all, I sent it in and FINALLY today after they have had my phone for almost a week they tell me that they are returning it due to liquid damage. Hello, they are idiots, I know that they can tell when a phone has been wet for a fact and I am not going to be stupid enough to try and send it to be fixed knowing that that is not covered. I replied and told them that they had a good excuse for not wanting to fix my phone. It has NEVER been wet! What idiots.
