I bought a Samsung galaxy note II from wire-fly and wire fly recommended me to buy the insurance plan from Mobile device Protection and after five months I lost my phone at the mall and we reported it to police. After a day I contacted the insurance company
but they denied my claim without a valid reason and its hard because I have no phone right now and I sent countless emails to tell me the right reason of denial but they never replied to me at all!! all i got was the auto emails generated by the computer.
This is a horrible company that doesn't treat its customers right and even wire fly itself didn't respond to any of my emails. so basically I paid that Mobile Device protection the whole year for no protection at all! All my money went to waste and I do not
recommend getting insurance from Mobile Device Protection at all.
