I purchase a Samsung Galaxy S III and a HTC EVO 4G LTE and pay for the insurance plan last year 2013. I made a request to get a replacement for my stolen HTC phone, just to hear my account is canceled after the company charges my credit card the same month
they say my account was canceled.
