Mock Homes Associates, Inc. was contracted with Sawmill Community Land Trust (SCLT) to build 30 affordable homes within the Arbolera de Vida Development in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This company and their employees were always professional, pleasent, and cooperative. At all times, Mel Ottley and his employees were responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty in building quality affordable homes for our homebuyers. They were sensitive to our mission and assisted SCLT in the development by building quality homes while keeping costs down. They have also been responsive and very flexible in working with our homeowners on warranty issues. Mock Homes Associates is an exceptional contractor that provides excellent customer serivce and quality workmanship.
