This company was originally called modifycenter.com. They have changed the name to mortgagemodifycenter.com. They told me that they had a money back guarantee that if they couldn't get a loan modification for me. They charged me $1800 and then when my modification was denied they would not call me back and now have changed their name and website. They don't even have a phone number to call now. The modifycenter.com has an F rating on this site and this company deserves one too because they are one in the same.
