I received an unsolicited letter from them.
The envelope (which strongly resembled Social Security letters), had: "ATTENTION:FINAL NOTICE TO HOMEOWNERS" on it.
The letter had the same banner with "**URGENT: Response Necessary**" and was sprinkled with such words as "forfeit" and "limited window"
As Larson said: "Trickery, trickery, trickery!"
