Extremely difficult to get a hold directly of the workers and supervisor who come to do the work/supervise the job. Your call goes to a central phone answering service, and you have to leave a message. They were supposed to hang a mirror for me (amongst other jobs), but one of the workers drove off in the van that had the necessary tools. The worker told me which day he would be back to hang the mirror, but he never showed. When I finally got in touch with him, he said he was on another job and couldn't believe his supervisor didn't call to tell me that. Then when I finally talked with the supervisor, the supervisor said that he never set up that time slot. If your time is valuable to you, don't call this company. Oh and after they left, I found my desk drawer ajar (I think they were looking for tape, because earlier one of the guys had asked me for tape....but still!!!!) and a cigarette butt on my driveway.
