Horrible company...
thought they might have helped our association, (even though they were freakin expensive), but, they have done nothing buy enable the BOD, (board of directors)...
ZERO input on how to conduct meetings, and or conduct business within the rules and laws of California...The property manger has on at least four occasions, made up new rules / laws... and when questioned on it, admitted that they werent real rules, but she felt it prudent/appropriate, (only for me, as she didnt like me)...
She, (Sandi), has refused to supply financial documentation.... nothing.. no bank account statemnts, no monthly expenses, no month to month budgets, and zero information to hold the BOD and MUGGEE accountible..
Ultimately, thier refusal to supply financial documents has cost me an oppertunity to refinance... so now, i ma in jeopary of losing my home as my financial income has changed, and refinancing was my only options, and with perfect credit score, i felt confident that i could refi my balance, but, without financial documentation from the association, and management, the finance company could not process my lending application...
She/muggee mgmt has taken a personal attitude and relayed that to her business and my financial situation..
VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL.
I wouldnt reccomend them to manage a storage rental space, no less a living property that people count on
I DO HAVE PROOF, and EMAILS showing thier refusal to supply financial documents, so this is notsome STORY...
I can and will offer copies for free to anyone who wants it.
