I am disgusted and appalled by this company.
I had read wonderful reviews about the quality of Cynthia Miller's flowers, so ordered some gardenias for my wedding, which I had hoped would help to make my day even more special. Unfortunately, the items I paid for were never even mailed out to me. No refund has been offered, and there have been no repsonses to my emails or telephone messages. I filed a complaint with BBB, to which My Vintage Hut responded inadequately and rudely.
The end result has been that I have simply lost money that I could ill afford in the first place and had additional stress on my wedding day. Living in England it is not possible to buy quality gardenias. Instead I had to fashion someting by hand at the last minute.
Cynthia Miller has been rude, discourteous and thoroughly unprofessional. Unfortunately, since placing the order, I discovered countless postings, reviews and rip off reports on the internet where people have complained of recieving the same treatment.
I hope that other people do not fall into the same disappointing trap that I and many others already have.
