My company been processing credit card transactions with Netbilling for many years and we deal with them on a regular basis for features. We recently started using their call center to take over our customer service for our customers as well and do order taking. They also have helped us acquire several merchant accounts.
We are very pleased as always with the service they provide. I highly recommend Netbilling.
