Flat out unhappy with this service. Excruciatingly overpriced on all fronts (I have water sewer garbage), no flexibility on price / service and there are hidden fees everywhere. Tried to pay with a credit card, noticed the ‘convenience fee’ for expedited payment so tried to pay by checking account. The online portal is so poorly developed it doesn’t support browsers other than IE with a scroll bar to get to the bottom of the form on all pages of the registration. I was able to finish the form by using the tab button, but your average user will be more befuddled. For the amount we’re paying, get a decent web developer and a tester. Their trash service costs 3 times what local companies charge and is not allocated on a usage basis so I end up paying as much for myself as a family of 6.
In the future I will ask by name if a housing provider uses this service and will avoid those that do. I am recommending to my current complex that they switch to a better provider.
