This "Law Firm" is a joke. Bait and switch at it's finest. Do not waste your time or money. If you need help to fight your mortgage company you are better off going to law school and try to pass the Bar.
They called me out of nowhere and told me everything I wanted to hear. They signed me up for a Forensic Audit. They stated $2500.00 would take care of everything and nothing else was needed to fight BofA.
Well, three months later they around and after me calling them several times I find out more paperwork is needed. I tell them just go after BofA for entrapment. They called me two days later and tell me that I need to go with another type of audit and the litigation would be $6,000.00. So, needless to say I am done with them. I hired another attorney to get back my money since it's past the time I can file a dispute with my credit card.
This company is just a bunch of talking heads. They tell people what they want to hear then once they get your money they turn around and say something else which leads to more money. I will be reporting them to the bar association as well.
NCAG took a page out of the Bank's book. How people over. Well, not this one. Hopefully this post made you laugh and will also prevent you from wasting your time and $$$.
