Do not buy from these people

I ordered a 24 foot round solar blanket. The day that it arrived, I opened the box and it had a patch on it. I contacted Jim at the company and he said that it came from the manufacturer that way. Really??? That is impossible. I tried to get the company
to refund my money, but they refused unless I shipped my blanket back to them. I went to UPS and Fed EX and it would cost me over $200 to send back the blanket that I paid $120 for. When I questioned why that would be since the shipping was free when I ordered
it, the USPS customer service rep said "I see it all the time. These companies ship in quantity so it's less expensive. They know that you won't ship it back." So, I decided that I would keep the solar blanket, patch and all. When I took the blanket out totally
out of the box, it wasn't even round. You could tell that it had been cut from a rectangular solar blanket. This company is a TOTAL RIPOFF. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. BE WARNED. The only reason that I'm giving them one star is because I don't have an
option to give them a negative 10 stars.
