This company should NOT be allowed to be in business. They are out to take your money and scam you right from the start. What kind of company doesn't have e-mail and their phone is busy for days! You aren't allowed to deny their package, you need a RMA number which is almost impossible to get because you can't get through to their company! It's awful. I don't trust them at all and feel they should not be allowed to practice business. You can see from the several complaints against them they do it to everyone and they are NOT to be trusted.
