What to do when you are scammed and realize it by reading this.......
1. Fax them a letter to stop debiting your account.it must stop immediately
2. Stop payments on the debits with your bank within 30 days
3. Have them send you a release, which they must.
3. File a complaint with the New Mexico Att. General
4. File a complaint with your State Department of Corporations.
5. NetCash maybe an unlicensed Deferred Deposit lender in your state( they can not withdraw money from your bank unless they are licensed in your state).
6. Net Cash is not following the new law in New Mexico which caps interest rates and loan rollovers.
