I was shocked when I found all these bad reviews for Netflix. I have been a member since 2004 and have only received 1 broken DVD (that may have been my fault, I jammed it into my purse) and only a handful of DVD's that I've had to clean to get to play and 5 or so, that I had to send back for unplayable. I'm on the 2 dvd plan right now and shipment is on a 3 day cycle (distribution center about 300 miles away. I return on Monday, receive Tuesday/ship Tuesday, receive Wednesday. I highly recommend Netflix especially for their Instant watch option which is now Unlimited on all plans.
