If this was not the only gas co. in NM I certainly would not be a customer. I am seriously thinking of switching to propane just so I do not have to deal with their rude customer service reps and the attitude that if I didn't pay my bill I'm a deadbeat. Not only that they purposely make you wait 24 hrs before reconnecting service.
