NM Gas Company STINKS!

I have been living in New Mexico for 7 years and I had never had an issue with PNM when they handle the billing for the my natural gas. The second NM Gas Company took over I had nothing but problems. They could not get anything right, and then they blamed me, the mailman and everyone else. Their customer service STINKS!!! They become defensive and they threaten you and treat you like your some kind of thief. They are charging me $95 because I never received a bill, could not access it online (they did not even know how to help me get online) and I am paying my bill late because of it. I have always paid my bills, they have a huge history of this on file and yet they treat me like I am a liar even when I have already paid a partial of what they say I owe them. So RUDE! I wish we had an alternative, I would pay more just to get away from the incompetence of NM Gas Company!
