They don't want you if you're over 60 - caveat emptor

As soon as New West took over everyone we know who used to go there said it changed the office dramatically, in a bad way.
Aileen was demeaning and billing was wrong. I was double/triple/wrongly billed and spent weeks trying to get it fixed. The local office blamed corporate in Golden. Corporate blamed the local office. I actually had to create a conference call between the two so if they blamed each other, they would have to do it face to face.
The issue was never fully resolved - I never got answers as to what had happened, why it happened, or why I was tossed around for so long, with offices blaming each other. I also got over-billed for a physical that never happened - that, too was never resolved. I complained to Aileen, the manager/ogre, who gave me the same terrible treatment Nick D. got, only worse. Her statement; if I didn't like the way she had treated me, "THEN MAYBE THIS ISN'T THE OFFICE FOR YOU." I kid you not.
I read another New West review from someone over 60 who was treated badly and pushed out - appears to be a strategy. I wrote a letter August 5, 2016 detailing Aileen's behavior, and never got any response. After the United debacle of treating their customers like cargo, I decided it was unacceptable to let this go. I called back last Monday, got hold of Lucy, the COO of New West. She pretended to be extremely empathetic and assured me I would hear from her in the morning on Tuesday. It's now Thursday, and it's clear they are going to attempt to ignore this again. Does somebody have to sue these people to get them to do simple, basic, customer service? The CEO of United, after beating up one of their passengers said, "Sometimes we forget our customers are human."- a bizarre statement, and one that applies to New West. I'm not a patient, I'm a wallet. And if the wallet needs some humanity, it's going to get told to go somewhere else. Especially if the wallet is over 60 years old.
This is not a doctor's office, it's a place designed to make money for a corporation. You are not a patient, you are a wallet. Caveat emptor.
