My experience dates back to June 2008 until currently March 2010. This company was suppose to rent or sell my timeshare. In the beginning of my experience they returned calls and acted as though they were trying to rent or sell the property. As time went by I left messages, e-mails, faxes with no response. I was trying to find out the status of the renting or selling of the timeshare. Then I requested my 100% guaranteed refund. I have not heard from them and have not received my refund
