OEG Conferences has money that belongs to my non-profit organization. We sent a check for a fund-raising conferencein Charlotte, North Carolina that never materialized. I have requested our money back, via e-mail and have had no returned phone calls or e-mails. The address on the registration form was in Davie with a different phone number than the one above: 561-842-1918.
Do we have any other recourse?
