I also paid and registered for 3 people from my non profit to attend the Charlotte Fundraising Conference. I received emails about Serge Butman being ill and then emails explaining how upset he was with his employee who handled the conference in his absence. I requested a refund at least 6 times and even received emails back stating the refund had been processed. It has been 6 months, no refund and now he is not even responding to emails. What a way to live your life by scamming non profits trying to do good for others. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH OEG OR SERGE BUTMAN!!!
