Ok day 1 4/18(29 hours after order placed) no product... UPS does not recognize the tracking number... Not feeling very secure in my decision to order this online... And yes not a PO box... A street address for us. I will keep this updated... ok Tuesday 4/19 7:15pm still no delivery and ups still has not tracking info... did get an email from one of their "clients" saying they felt my review was "unfair" that I expected them to ship on a sunday. I have to say I did give them the benefit of a doubt... but still nothing has come... I will keep you posted. Ok Wed 4/20 had emailed them and this is part of the response..
"UPS had lost about 30-40 packages that we have claims for each one of them currently in progress. However, since the package is lost we cannot quickly identify to whom the packages belong. With that said, we truly do appreciate your prompt email to let us that you did not receive your order, since you are most likely within these lost packages, this makes finding each client and fixing the problem much quicker. We understand that we fell short of our promise to you of not delivering your product with overnight shipping. We do not intend to short change any of our consumers in any way and are taking a large loss to make sure that every customer remains happy, our customer's satisfaction will always be more important to us ;)" then an offer was presented..... I will continue to keep you posted
5/10/11 OK I HAVE BEEN USING THE PRODUCT FOR 3 WEEKS~ so far the 500 calorie diet plan itself should have me losing weight yet I find myself not able to maintain the 500 calories all week long. I have lost 2 pounds and gain 2 pounds. I have been considering returning the product they do have a 90 return policy so I thin I will continue to try for at least one more week... then I may return it... I will keep you posted..
5/18/2011 I am returning my order I really did not think the product was helpful. I will let you know how this process goes
