At first my experience was a good one until the product didn't work as they stated on their website. I followed instructions to the exact. I initially wrote that after returning their product, I wasn't refunded my money as promised on their website & I wanted to provide an up date. A few days after posting the message the full amount was credited back to my account. In addition to that one week ago I received a check for $10 for my troubles. This wasn't expected but greatly appreciated. Thanks for honoring what is promised on your website.
