This claim is made on One Shot Fitness site: "Every fitness expert at OneShotFitness.com has a minimum of 10-years hands-on experience in both the fitness equipment sales industry and as a certified personal trainer. This ensures all relevant diet, health, training and basic medical needs for home or facility are addressed in every consultation. The fitness experts offer a simple breakdown of all practical and techincal aspects involved in making the right decision with no obligation to purchase from One Shot Fitness. Again quoting owner Dev, “I don’t care if you’re a homeowner or a gymowner, looking for one piece or one-hundred pieces, it is a person’s right to be duly informed on the specifics of an increasingly technical and specific online industry.” I called and talked to a rep there. They could not prove they had ten years of hands on experience in equipment sales or as a personal trainer. So called CEO Arun Dev is making many false claims and upon further review worked for a company in west LA for a couple of years and has never been a personal trainer nor has any of his staff.

First of, I clicked on the the reviewer 'Kim E' and saw this person also wrote a random review of a similar fitness company claiming how they said they supported breast cancer awareness but really didn't. This lead me to discover this person is not a real customer but a former co-worker turned 'hater' which is a person who is bitter about their life so he slanders others in an effort to make himself feel better.
The reviewer's complaint against our company is in reference to a year old press release. It is talking about how our fitness experts offer free fitness consultations. This is in fact true. We have the knowledge and experience to help people select the correct fitness equipment for there needs. We do have over 10 years experience, how he called and verified from one our 'reps' that this is not true is a lie. I encourage him to call me directly at 702-686-7341 (my direct line) and have a conversation with me at his pleasure. He also stated another claim that I Arun Dev am a 'so-called' CEO. I am the CEO, I am the owner of the company, that makes me the President and CEO. The bottom line is this person is making claims about extremely irrelevant and minor issues. He's trying to make a mountain out of a molehill. I can tell any potential customer we are an ethical, fair, and honest company and once again this is a cheap attempt to discredit all the hard work I've put in building One Shot Fitness the right way.
