i would recommend staying away from this company. their shipping department is dishonest. they said they shipped my package, but never did. they tried blaming it on UPS, but UPS has no record of the package ever being picked up. complete waste of time. its one thing to have them simply not ship out a package, but to have them flat out lie to me multiple times about it is inexcuseable. i wish there was something more punitive that i could do than just writing a bad review.
UPDATE: after reading all of these stories i decided to call back and try to get something (email?) from them saying that they will refund my money. the person i talked to was EXTREMELY rude and gave me a totally different story regarding my refund than the last person i talked to. I cant imagine anyone having a good experience with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
