OptimumHealth Allies was a big rip off. They took my money for services I was not recieving and didn't want to give it back. BBB is the best company ever. They really helped me get my hard earned money back fast. The service was very fast and easy. I just want to say thank you to the company and the staff for giving the best help provided when needed to consumers such as myself. If in the future I ever need help with such dispute as the one I experienced I will surely call on BBB. Thank you soooo much......

At OptumHealth Allies, we strive to provide excellent member service as well as great discounts. Members who are not satisfied may cancel at any time. Those who cancel within 30 days receive a full refund of membership fees. Because the reviewer enrolled in our program through a distributor rathen than directly with us, the refund process took longer than it should have -- one reason why we are no longer doing business with that distributor. We regret the delay. Also note that our discounts are GUARANTEED: If members do not get at least the minimum discount shown on our Web site, we will refund the difference.
