I’m writing this review not just for the company “Ovation Home Loans” but also for a few of their employees.
I looked all over at local bank rates as well as the best loans on the internet. I found there to be a lot of discrepancies on the fixed rates I was seeking; and found lots of promises and guarantees that could not be honored when all was said and done.
That was not the case with Ovation Home loans and Brandon Bustamante my loan officer. Brandon was straight forward, funny, honest and returned all my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He even offered his personal cell number just in case I had any concerns. One time I did have a concern and called his phone at 7:00 PM; he returned my call within three minutes. Now I know he has lots of costumers but it didn’t seem like it which was great.
Anytime I felt there might be a stumbling block in the loan process Brandon went to bat for me with his bosses. (And his bosses were great too) The problem was fixed and I always felt like they met me half way in the loan process.
I would highly recommend Brandon Bustamante for your home loan
Nora Vander Kallen was very helpful in the closing of my loan also; she had to ask for all the documents they needed to close but she was also so nice about it and very polite. She also got back to me quickly and was a pleasure to work with.
All in all I couldn’t be happier with Ovation Home Loans as a company and would highly recommend you to use Brandon as your loan officer in the future. It a rarity to find people so caring and helpful these days. Ovation Home Loans and Brandon Bustamante gets the job done! (YuPPPPPPPP)
