The Worst Of the Internet.
On 6-27-2011, I placed an order with PC Planet Systems for an out of production Abit AN8-32X motherboard. Order #10975. It was listed as being in stock. On 6-30-2011, my bank account was debited for $140.
Live Support contact on 7-5-2011 informed me that PC Planet Systems only debited an account when a product has shipped. (Lie). That the product had been shipped from China on 6-30-2011. (Lie).
Subsequent attempts at contact have went unanswered. A month of frustration. Realizing that I had been robbed by a ruthless internet business did not make me feel any better. Had I done a back ground check on this business, I would have realized it was toxic.
This morning I did receive a response from the company to another Live Support Inquiry.
The motherboard you ordered is a discontinued unit in the US Market for
several years, that unit takes longer to ship since it also has customers in
waiting list, your motherboard is scheduled to be shipped out to you by next
week, at that moment our shipping dept will update your order status and
post tracking information in your account.
I like the statement that the product has customers on a waiting list. This is not 'Product is in Stock. This makes it sounds like the business is doing the customer a favor by takings its money & then searching diligently for the product the customer needs. If the search takes 20 years, so be it.
I would like to receive the product I purchased... Or my money back.. The chances of getting either are very small...

first of all we suggest you to be ready to have enough proof to your statement of being ROBBED by us, immediately after this complaint is replied we are sending this comment to our legal dept for proper action against you, the motherboard this person ordered is a discontinued product from the US Market for several years and needed to be transferred from our location in China, Not only this motherboard is discontinued it also has customers in waiting list since there is VERY LIMITED UNITS of this hard to find motherboard, THIS CUSTOMER LIES WHEN HE MENTIONED HE HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY TO HIS INQUIRIES, he even contradict his own statements first mentioning we never replied and then when he wrote he had been contacted by us, this motherboard would be shipped out as clearly mentioned to him by next week, ANY VENDORS CHECKING THIS REVIEW PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PERSON BEFORE ACCEPTING OR TAKING ANY ORDERS, THIS PERSON LIES DOES NOT WRITE FACTS OR TRUE STATEMENTS JUST WRITES AS A RETALIATORY WAY TO GET THEIR PRODUCTS FASTER EVEN WHEN CLEARLY MENTIONED THE TIME FRAME BEFORE.
