My husband is incarcerated in ME and I have to go through PCS so that he can call home. As of late they have been making several changes to their website and automated phone system. While using their newest online payment option I typed in the wrong phone number, the payment went through before I realized my mistake. I called immediately and asked them to transfer the funds to my actual number but the state of maine does not allow the transfer of funds between accounts, so i asked for a refund. That was about 3 weeks ago, I have yet to recieve my refund, but am hopeful. It's important for other consumers now to double check their info before making a payment on this website, because it will not stop to ask for verification.
