I would like to say how happy I am that I have been doing business with these guys. Recently we had what would be considered a huge problem with an existing order. The order was on time and the items were correct but functionality was sub par. I addressed Sandy about our issue and without hesitation she handled it immediately.
Once I did what Sandy asked me to do for purposes of following protocol she then took charge of the situation. Within maybe 48 hours I already had a new proof of the item and the following Monday my order was reshipped.
These guys are someone I will continue to do business with for a very long time simply for the customer service. We all know how hard that is to find these days.
I might add that this was handled with no questions asked or hesitation.
