This pack and ship is to be avoided! The owner is very unpleasant if you have a problem.My experience has been as follows also other customers have had these problems with him.
1 Does not open up counter on time.
2. mail placed in other peoples boxes constantly.
3. had my Bank statements opened and read and he denied being at fault.
4. one box delivered in Oct,was kept till following March and told it had arrived just that day even though DSL had proof was signed for 6 months earlier.
5, After cancel mailbox, mail was not returned to sender but he kept packages signed for them and he said box never arrived, legally UPS cannot retrieve them from him so he keeps stuff.
6 overcharges for shipping and supplies
7 goes on a mad rage if you confront him about missing mail.
8 throws away any subscription magazines or catalog size deliveries.
