Pama Management in my opion is a slum Lord. They have many rundown apts. and houses that they rent for reasonable rates but if you have any issues they are slow at addressing them. There upper management skills leave allot to be desired. Pools at there locations are not maintained they way they should be, getting things fixed in a timely manner doesn't happen. God forbid that your air condition should go out in this heat wave that is going on right now cause you know you will get the run around about getting it fixed, and you and your family will suffer. Imagine what lawsuits they will end up with if someone has a health problems that gets worse do to heat and no working air condition. I used to live with my daughters family thank God I don't live their anymore because I do have a health issued that gets worse in the heat and would not be able to survive without airconditioner. Unfortunately my kids and grandkids are now suffering in this heat cuz Pama won't call out an air condition repair man they say the don't have time to many other problems to fix.
