I am completely disgusted with the customer service of Paradise Village 4205 San Mateo Blvd NE. From the floor people, to the installers, to the muscle bound manager/owner. On my return visit to have a simple install issue properly repaired I was finally acknowledged after 15 minutes of standing in front of the service counter. This only happened when the floor personal and workers behind the counter were finished on their cel phones, and done with their horseplay of flipping each other off back and forth while I stood between them and my presence was still not acknowledged. The only immediate notice of me came from the 3 or 4 dogs that run free through the entire shop. When I was finally noticed and told the issue in my truck would be looked at by an installer, he peeked in my window and disappeared for another 20min. I had to ask for an update and walk to my car with them to actually have someone open the door and address the issue. What should have been a $4, 10min fix of installing molding tabs that were not properly installed in the first place turned out to be a major fiasco. Their solution was for the muscle bound owner to walk me to my car in an intimidating fashion and try and charge me $150 for the fix of the job that was not completed properly in the first place. I had to finally ask him to step away from me, and my vehicle as I was feeling threatened by his in my face tactics. Being in a sling with two separated shoulders didn't help my feelings of discomfort, or seem to discourage his aggressive behavior towards me. I told him I would never use their services again, and that I would encourage others not to either. He laughed and said "Do you see my Land Rover I don't need your business". Worst experience ever!!!! I would rather visit the DMV.
