Paradise Village is full of completely incompetent individuals. I have not dealt with their home audio and video installation but their vehicle installations are a completely nightmare. Their staff lacks fundamental knowledge required for the installation. Also, they are rarely available for support once the install is done and it takes numerous trips to find one of their installers. They are always "out". Not only are they unable to install car components effectively but their return policy prevents the customer from being refunded for "the job". I had continuous problems with one of their alarm installs and after 5 trips to their store I was finally able to speak with the manager. He told me that it wasn't their fault and basically blamed the malfunction on my vehicle. I took the car to another shop that took care of the problem. Everyone who wants a decent installation job should definitely stay away from this place.
