I've only had a few dealings with this company while trying to locate OEM parts that I'd been unable to find after hours of online research. My first contact with their Internet Parts site and personnel was roughly 8 years ago. I contacted them again today for my usual reason and have already received 3 courteous and logical replies & questions from them. They also emailed me a copy of the relevant official Volvo assembly drawing to get precise confirmation of the individual parts I need.
Courteous, professional, efficient and consistent - and I've also saved additional money on the price of the parts. This is a hi-caliber operation in my opinion.
