From conception to design to building the Pool & SPA, my experience with Parkwood Pools was a very good one. Joy Winston the designer is friendly and professional, she kept in constant communication with both via e-mail and phone calls throughout the whole
process. I met the owner Bill and his son Dave on multiple occasions, they both insured I was fully informed both with the Pool and Pavers work. Like any big projects these were not without hiccups along the way. However I am very pleased to say that whenever
there were issues with either project, Parkwood Pools was very prompt to take care of it and resolve it. I am extremely satisfied with the finish product and as a result I have a beautiful Pool and brand new driveway that are functional yes, but oh such feast
for the eyes. James G
