When doing your taxes it is very important that you disclose all information necessary to complete your tax return. Remember, if you were turned down for a RAL, we were not paid for preparation. In most cases when an individual is turned down it is due to unpaid school loans, past due taxes or possibly a debt such as child support owed or tax leins. Again, that is why it is very important to disclose to your preparer anything or anyone that could intercept your refund. Also, we never advise anyone to spend or promise money they do not have in their possesion. It is irresponsible and foolish.
