I No Longer Trust PayPal with my Money...Fake Vendors took my Money

PayPal, does not care about their customers being abused.
I have endured anxiety, pain and suffering as 72 year old senior citizen, not being able to access my money, that was wrongfully taken from me via PayPal guidelines allowing unknown "fake" vendors to First process $7.95 and then $103.95 later not once but twice. When I became aware of the fraudulent charges, I immediately contacted PayPal and file a dispute. PayPal says wait 20 days, which I did. On the 20th day I contacted PayPal as I was told to do so. PayPal now tells me the cases have been resolved/Closed..."because I did not provide documentation and information.
The only information and/or documentation I could have sent prior to the 20 days, would have been the same " no information/address/contact provided by PayPal as far as contact and or address, which is documented in PayPal transaction records, Only.
The Help and Resolution Centers are just convenient "decoys", pretending to help based on 7- 10 phone numbers I called with "non-Human electronic recorded messages saying the same thing " refering back to the Help and Resolution centers vicious circle of no results.
Once back at the Help and/or Resolution center after I had waited hours, days, weeks and even months before realizing 9 or more virtual/LIVe assistants have passed the cases along saying the cases had been resolved/closed within a 20 day time period to my not providing documentation, I Never ORDER ANY PRODUCTS/SERVICES FROM SAID "FAKE" VENDORS WITH NO CONTACT/ADDRESS INFOMATION ON PAYPAL'S TRANSACTGION I.D. NUMBERS. PAYPAL REFUSES TO RESEARCH FURTHER TO DOCUMENT MY FACTS. THEREFORE, I BELIEVE PAYPAL IS COMPLICIT IN THE CONVERSION/THIEF OF MY MONEY FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES BY TWO "FAKE" VENDORS.
PAYPAL SHOULD HAVE TO PAY 20000% PLUS REFUND ALL MY MONEY.
I would rate PayPay a half star or less, for the way they have treated me, the past four months. 07/03/2020
