VERY DISAPPOINTED IN PAYPAL MAKING PROMISES THEY DON'T DELIVER

After Paypal took almost 8000USD from my account, without any valid reason, i reported the matter. I then received the following email from the executives office. JUST TO FIND THAT THERE WAS NO EMAIL SENT TO ME OR MY INBOX. I SIGNED INTO MY ACCOUNT NUMEROUS TIMES JUST TO FIND AN EMPTY INBOX. THEY STILL DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY EITHER. PLEASE PAYPAL DO THE RIGHT THING AND KEEP TO YOUR PROMISES! IT IS LONGER THAN 72 HOURS. NOTHING IN MY INBOX. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY. SAIFSYED8904
The email below was sent to me, but PAYPAL did not do as they promised.
:Kindly note dear that I have escalated your request to the relevant department , they will be contacting you via email within 72 hours to inform you that you are able to withdraw your funds to your FNB bank account .
