PayPal only cares about your money being theirs. You can use them if you wish, I did. Even after knowing the complaints. I simply thought "there must be good reason, that won't be me".
I WAS SO WRONG!!!!
These people hold your money for unreasonable amounts of time, EVEN AFTER providing everything they ask for, Including tracking information and proof of delivery.
Customer service lied repeatedly (I saved the messages, and screenshots to prove it)
Nothing but lies, excuses and run around. WHY? In the middle of a global pandemic!! Once I get my funds released that account will be deleted and NEVER used again, I don't care who wants to pay what with PayPal, I WON'T DO IT. No amount of money is worth the time or stress.
Please consider all your options before you go with PayPal. They don't deserve your business and you will learn that soon enough if you deal with them.
