Paypal banned my account, and stole my balance after 180 days of funds freezing

I was an authentic reseller of microsoft office on eBay, selling legitimate products with a legitimate agreement. After my account got limited for no reason, I made everything i could to eliminate the limits, but in vain. I had to wait for 180 days to get my funds released. I was surprisingly shocked that all the funds i had disappeared from my account. I found myself with $0 in the balance (I had $5 583 on my account). This is literally Theft !! I'm upset, and i'll make sure that every person i know will aknowledge their shady and dubious decisions.
