These people hit our account for payroll taxes then did not pay the IRS or the EDD. We now owe $6000 in late payments and penalties that we already paid. If anyone has any info on this please contact me.
We are trying to find recourse. Could there be a bonding company involved??
Wow, this is a big swindle. Can't believe nothing has been done to put these people in jail.
