Got notices from IRS with them intending to seize property for payroll taxes not paid. Tried to call Paycare on Friday, no answer, left message. Tried to call today, no answer, left message. It appears that they might be gone. Did you ever connect with them? Do they have a new address?
IRS was willing to waive penalties but not actual taxes or interest. PayCare took the money out of my bank account to pay taxes but did not forward the $ to the IRS. Now I get to pay again and the IRS said that they don't bother going after them; that is my problem.
Just determined website is down. Not looking good...
