Unethical and Illegal in California

Peak has a conflict of interest in any business in which they are providing payroll services and temporary employees. They have exploited that conflict of interest - in my case possibly costing me my job (which I found without Peak's assistance). Californians, read your contracts carefully... They aren't legal here. Peak is doing things unethically and illegally in California - and they KNOW IT!
